Many of us are taking steps toward a healthier lifestyle. I was in the gym the other day and on the treadmill next to me was a friend who I never expected to be working on getting in shape. He probably thought the same about me. It is fun to realize that exercise, diet and fitness is a "movement" that thousands of people have embraced. So get onboard and ride the wave. It is going to be a fun journey!
